“ 1st time eating here and was pleasantly surprised! The homemade bread was SO good and dinner portions were very generous! Food was delicious! The eggplant part was cut nice and thin, REALLY good! The staff was very attentive and friendly which made the experience that much better! ”
“ We celebrated my husband’s birthday last night. The service was amazing, thank you, Colette. Our food was exquisite, as always. So many wonderful options on the menu. We’ve never been disappointed and always leave with leftovers. This restaurant is consistently excellent and exactly what we needed in this area. The prices are perfectly fair. Will be returning soon. ”
“ Outstanding! Worth the trip, you won't be disappointed. Food, service, atmosphere..... This place has it all. I had the Pork Osso Bucco..... exceptional, is an understatement. Our table also raved about the Eggplant Parmesan. The warm garlic rolls were perfection also. Just GO. ”
“ We come to Piccolo's at least once a month. I love the fact that specials are always posted on Facebook... I have yet to actually order a meal off the menu myself... there's always an amazing special I want! The arancini balls are our favorite appetizer and the creme Brule is amazing!! The servers are always so sweet and the atmosphere is so nice. Thank you for the birthday song to my wife, tonight! ”
“ If you’re in the Catskill area and looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this cozy Italian gem in the mountains is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in and we meet Carlie she just adorable, the warm ambiance made us feel right at home. Our waitress, Sarah, was nothing short of amazing—so kind, attentive, and absolutely adorable. She went above and beyond to make our evening special. I’m a big fan of Carbonara pasta, and even though it wasn’t on the menu, the chef was kind enough to prepare it for me. It was delicious! And don’t leave without trying the Chicken Martini! It’s a standout dish that we’ll be talking about for ages. This place is a true hidden treasure. Incredible food, fantastic service, and a cozy mountain vibe—it doesn’t get better than this. Highly recommend! ”
“ Amazing food and service. I'm from Washington, DC and we have a lot of excellent Italian restaurants. Piccolo restaurant is as fine a restaurant as any I have experienced. I had mussels with stuffed clams. It was excellent, actually the best I have ever had. That was followed by Rontini & Shrimp also excellent. The view from the parking lot marking one of the painting sites for Thomas Cole is breath taking. ”
“ We had an excellent dining experience here while visiting from out of town. Our server, Sarah, was very friendly and attentive. The lobster ravioli was tasty and well-prepared, a highlight of the meal. Portions were large, leaving us full and satisfied. The ambiance was cozy and romantic. It’s a great choice for Italian food with good service and a welcoming atmosphere! ”
“ This is great place to get your pasta fix. Everything was delicious. Portions are pretty large so come hungry or be prepared to take food home. Gnocchi was delicious. Wish we had room for desert but the pasta was too good to stop eating. ”
